The CG Black irons were designed to make Senior and Women golfers carry the ball farther. These irons are designed for higher launch and longer carry for golfers with swing speeds less than 90 mph and are looking to target more flagsticks with less club. The CG Black irons utilize the Low Swing MOI and a thin highstrength steel club face that greatly increases COR to give you greater distance. Higher launching and longer carry distance will lead to lower scores. Making CG Black irons longer wouldnt mean much if they werent accurate and consistent too. The thin highstrength steel face creates a larger area of maximum ball speed and allows for more perimeter weighting for better accuracy and consistency.
